We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst for our Uniface Customer Support team.

What you are going to do?
As a Support Analyst you will work with Uniface customers the world over, making sure they continue to get value out of their investment in the product. You will participate in the Uniface community, helping out and advising on best ways of using the Uniface development environment and deploying the Uniface runtime environment in often complex environments. You will keep track and maintain the support records in accordance with company processes and procedures. You will be expected to analyze Uniface product issues thoroughly before handing them over to Product Development for resolution.
As well as working with our customers, you will be interacting with Development staff, participating in our Agile development teams by discussing possible ways of resolution of issues, preparing test-sets and carrying out tests.
- Bachelor or higher degree in computer science
- Proven examples of high level communication skills
- Experience in a software development environment
- Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix
- Experience with relational databases (MSSql, Oracle)
- Knowledge of web services
- Experience in environment configuration
- Good level of English and another language would be an advantage
