IT servicedesk engineer

De IT Servicedesk zorgt voor de afhandeling en verdeling van de binnenkomende tickets.- Het registreren en afhandelen van de tickets.- Tickets verdelen aan de hand van prioriteit- Schrijven van handleidingen - Klanten telefonisch en via de e-mail te woord staan- Het monitoren van het ticketsysteem en adequaat kunnen handelen bij prioriteiten meldingen.- Kennis van het ITIL principe (wat is een incident, change, problem)De meldingen dienen geanalyseerd te worden en worden voorzien van een duidelijke intake. Indien het ticket niet zelfstandig / in team verband kan worden opgelost, dan word het ticket doorgestuurd naar de ontwikkelaars.
